OMM Digital’s service team have been servicing MFD’s for nearly 30 years,’ over the years their knowledge and expertise has evolved and changed in-line with innovation and the introduction of software and new technologies.

Our servicing team have the ability to remotely manage and diagnose your machines and even your software issues before fault even occurs, we can manage your machines remotely resulting in greater efficiencies and minimal downtime. Our own service centre is managed by our own team of OMM digital employees, not outsourced to a third party. If you have a problem with your machines you can call us and we can often talk you through fixing the issue or despatch one of our own engineers to you, we hold over 600 contracts mainly in and around London ensuring a prompt response time.
